Well, after feeling like I was succeeding and then losing my mind and career I just had to accept that I had done as much as I could and I've lowered my expectations of myself. Success doesn't matter to me anymore.

A psychologist wouldn't approve but my new outlook worked well for my Christian faith, as I must decrease so God can increase in my life

My whole world has changed and I am satisfied with it

To answer your question, I would say spend time thinking about your blessings and be happy with what you have already achieved and be thankful you have had the experience.

For anxiety, you could get medical treatment. I do

Instant Confidence
by Paul McKenna
used copy less than $ 20 on Amazon(read the reviews)
new confidence and change
priceless.
i know its a bit of a cheesy post but i know of no quicker way to reprogram the mind than with NLP and TFT techniques plus self hypnosis.Mr. McKennas qenius is being able to present this information in an easy to understand way that quickly leads to change. not months or years but in days or weeks at most.

I'm sorry, but it did not work for me. THe prozac helped, plus other medications helped......we (me and my psychiatrist) just had to keep trying different combinations until we got it right. Now I stay pretty leveled out most of the time. I have bipolar also.

I have struggled with depression, panic attacks and social anxiety for much of my life. I started taking Zoloft 2 years ago and I haven't looked back. I take it at night before bed to lessen any side effects, but there haven't been many. Zoloft is safe to take during pregnancy and while nursing, and it really helped me after the birth of my daughter. I currently take 150 mg per day. Every person's brain chemistry is different, and Zoloft may not be the right cure for you, but if you work with your Dr., you will beat this! I hope this helps. Good luck and congratulations on being brave enough to get the help you need!

My daughter took it years ago and it caused her to have suicidal thoughts so bad that she overdosed on it. She had to be admitted at a Mental Hospital. Please, be careful and consult your Physician about what you need to take.
